Breakfast was great, the hotel is close to the town centre a short walk. There was ample parking. Free internet access was a bonus. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel. As a small hotel there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be a suitable hotel for you.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. -
Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

And that would have been a complete waste of a great holiday beak in a great little guest house. It was excellent, and dave, the propriotor made us so welcome. Highly recommended.

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. It's close enough to the centre and the surroundings of the hotel are lovely. I would definitely stay there again. - Lovely room which had a nice view over the gardens and staff were very friendly and courteous.

The Stand alone factor here is the breakfast....spectacular is the smallest compliment I could give!! Andy and Tracy really leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of making sure the guests have everything they wish! Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

I enjoyed the proximity to the centre of Harrogate. Nice little cool shops and bars on Cold Bath Road minutes round the corner. Very comfy beds and good linen. Great shower. A bathroom for each bedroom. Double glazed so quiet. Really nice kitchen. Clean, contemporary and thankfully no chintz. -

the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the shopping centre. Contrary to other reviews I found the reception staff very helpful, especially Natalie.
