Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features. Good sized room, everything I needed for overnight stay. Room overlooked garden which was pretty and quiet but imagine it would be a busy (noisey) beer garden in high summer. Decor modern, bathroom with double shower. Location excellent for RHS Harlow Carr visit. Breakfast continental only in price but sufficient and reasonable choice. -

There was plenty of space in the two bedroom apartment and had everything that you needed during your stay, it was also very clean. It was an ideal location with it being in the city centre so everything was in walking distance shops, restaurants etc. -

Owners were brilliant very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable clean spotless room me and my friend booked the small twin which we booked last minute (only twin left) and were not disappointed, everything we needed. We asked them to recommend a restaurant which they did and was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay there again when in Harrogate 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Location, location, location!
The room was lovely, bed huge and super comfy with nice linens.
The monsoon shower and double-ended freestanding bath made for a lovely romantic break.

The location was excellent, the arrangements were incredibly easy. The thoughtfulness to provide parking permits was welcome and the accommodation was superb for 4 adults. -

Apartments were perfect location with the Valley Gardens just opposite and wine bars and eateries in abundance. Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean.

I booked an apartment for a group of 4 as a base to work in the area. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.

Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. The room was very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotless and had everything I needed - robes, iron and board, fridge etc etc. The breakfast was very good too. They made up

Murray House is of a 5 star standard with a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice variety on the breakfast menu and the food is very good. I would recommend it to even the most discerning traveller. A big well done to Tracey and Co :-)

This is the best guest house we have ever stayed in. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the whole house was spotless. Our room was modern, comfy and well-equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent location for shopping, eating and theatre visits and parking was not a problem due to the permit system. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too. I would highly recommend the apartments. -
