  Friendly helpful staff, including a porter who carried our suitcase. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all polite and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Spacious, comfortable room, good bed, decent size and good bathroom, obviously well cared for. The evening meal was good value and delicious. Weekend breakfast slighly less formal but still p - I stayed on 3 separate occasions over a 10-day period. Rooms - well set out with all expected facilities, and especially good desk/working area. Comfortable beds and easy to control ventilation. Overall excellent for a business-related stay. Ability to check in very late evening was extremely useful, and the check-in and check-out procedures (and paying) were very quick an efficient.
