Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.

La ubicación del hotel, que es excelente. Los servicios e instalaciones. Todo es nuevo, agradable y funcional. - Habitación muy limpia, no note diferencia con los hoteles de España en ese aspecto. Desayuno buffet bueno y bastante completo para el precio que tiene. En dos o tres manzanas estas en el centro

Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep, no noise at all and I could see the motorway but didn't hear the traffic, not that there's a lot overnight anyway.

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The large spacious rooms were an immediate visual impact. This was reflected in the furniture and soft well defined fabrics. The opulance of the bathroom was also an eye grabber. The unpretencious nature of staff and restraunt was well matched to the overall stay. - Lovely big room with a double jacuzzi!

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. La hospitalidad - Easy to check in, made to feel very welcome. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Room was very comfortable and the tea and coffee was very welcome!
