The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with
the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout
and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts
present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the
necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was
available on checkout for a few hours.

we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.
