The flat was well painted and refurbished, looking very clean, tidy and cozy. Riccardo, the owner, is a gentleman, VERY helpful and promptly answered all our enquiries. I definitely recommend this place.

Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Plenty to see and do, would return.

The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space. The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

Linens provided were very nice. - There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind. There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
