I love the view from our room at the back over looking the car park as we could see our car. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable, was a bit too hot, but we manage to turn the heater off. Breakfast was first class, lots of choices and presentation was excellent. We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox.
We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too.
The view from the restaurant and the quality of the breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn.

Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here

Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in
ensuite. Decor in whole hotel was smart and in relaxing hues. Breakfasts
were superb and on hearing how much I enjoyed the poached eggs and said

I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was
only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at
around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance.
Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with
excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend
to friends and family.

As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

Overnight stay, close to GMAC centre where our son was taking part in a competition. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Stephanie on Reception! Room was very clean and comfortable - good value. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. I shall be back - and for more than 24 hours next time!!. Though the location is suburban, you wouldn't know that as you recline in the beautifully landscaped, extensive, and well-tended garden which is actually a fascinating arboretum
