Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in

I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was
only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at
around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance.
Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with
excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend
to friends and family.

As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us
good clear directions to the sporting competition we had come to
B'ham for and wished us luck. The rooms were beautifully clean, beds
comfortable. Good to have usb ports! Breakfast was generous & tasty,

Overnight stay, close to GMAC centre where our son was taking part in a competition. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Stephanie on Reception! Room was very clean and comfortable - good value. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and quiet, but everything seems tied down as if it is a
venue for stag and hen parties, so there is a shortage of essentials
like shower caps/etc and poor offerings of Teas and coffees in the
bedroom. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and
all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night
stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it
could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate.

Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.

Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -
