The staff were fantastic!!
From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who
took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful.
Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were
conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and
the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The
Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

... lo que la gente dice » reat work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. It was not included in room charge and was an extra £10.00 but worth it. - The room was a decent size and it was very clean, colourful and modern, just how I like it. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.
