  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room.   The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance. Loved the huge bed and myriad of pillows, blacked out double curtains spanning the whole wall of the Suite. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

  I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!!   Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star!   The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. As people say you get what you pay for and the amount I paid for two nights (which included a fabulous and varied breakfast) was definately value for money. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.
