El estado general del hotel, la calidad de la atencion, la cercania con el servicio de transportes. Asi tambien me ha gustado mucho el desayuno ofrecido y el continuo estado de limpieza de las habitaciones. - habitacion amplia y limpia. Muy buen acceso al metro para ir a Londres y al aeropuerto.

Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

This apartment is very near to Heathrow Airport and just a train station by Heathrow connect for a train fare of £5.60/adult to Hayes &Harrington station. Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added.
Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.

Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. Es muy bonito, esta a menos de 2 minutos de una parada de metro, es muy limpio y el barrio en el que esta me gusto mucho, es un barrio hindú, cenaba barato, y desayunaba comprando galletas, sándwiches o dulces antes de coger el metro para la zona turística. The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

At no extra charge, we were given one of the very view rooms with a balcony overlooking the Thames. It was wonderful! Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. A lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We stayed one night in a garden room which was quiet and comfortable.
We opted for a bar meal in the evening which we enjoyed out on the terrace.
Breakfast was presented well and the staff were pleasant and efficient.
We will stay there again.

2 minutes walk from the West Ealing railway station (Closed on Sunday), Zone 3 Oyster can be used.

+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)
+Super nice breakfasts - will never forget that wonderful taste
+The hotel shares the building with the pub, though this would not be appreciated by everyone, but has been an interesting experience for me
