The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

This apartment is very near to Heathrow Airport and just a train station by Heathrow connect for a train fare of £5.60/adult to Hayes &Harrington station. Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added.
Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.

The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. A lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We stayed one night in a garden room which was quiet and comfortable.
We opted for a bar meal in the evening which we enjoyed out on the terrace.
Breakfast was presented well and the staff were pleasant and efficient.
We will stay there again.

+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)
