The Nap!!!!! Loved everything about this Beautiful Hotel.. location, facilities, interiors, staff, basically everything.. The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. The location was just perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but yet away far enough from the noise to relax when back in the hotel. Staff were ever willing to help. Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy.
For info:
Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel.
Airport is about an hour away.

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel is located 2 mins from Bangla road so youre close but dont have all the noise at night. And 5 minutes walk to patong beach. Staff were lovely and lady on reception spoke excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble, arranging transport to phi phi and airport.
Great location , nightlife on your doorstep, hotel set back from main drag so a peaceful nights sleep was had, rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing to fault. Would definately stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The staff was really really nice from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in. Its haven in the midst of the chaotic Patong streets. -
