The staff at the hotel were amazingly helpful, attentive and welcoming. The rooms and the views from the rooms are too die for! Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access.

It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far.
I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing.
Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.
The tuk tuk service was useful and quick.

The resort is extremely luxury. All the beverage, snacks,and coffee inside the room are free, which is great for honeymoon. We spent 5 days there, never boring with the brillant inside-room swimming pool. love there!

Brilliant stay. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very
freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast
included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk
to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to
the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi
beach club). Free buggy service from the room to the reception or down
on to the beach and back. Hotel has free wifi as do the 2 beach clubs.
