It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.

If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal.
Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy.
There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk. The latter beach has a better local flavor.

This Place is fantastic,, luxury at a very reasonable price. I was here for a friends wedding in The Surin and it was perfect. Our two bed apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing we wanted or needed. Great staff and beautiful cheap food!
