Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.
