stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Great restaurants. Excellent havana
pub! This is a brand new property with children friendly atmosphere in
the peaceful and clean location of North Pattaya, away from the hustle

The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :) -

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. This hotel is brillant. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr.
Breakfast is good but cold.
Pool is small but enough and its very clean.
Great location near all but yet very quite once inside.

I have stayed in more than 20 hotels in pattaya mostly 4 or 5*.. Since finding this hotel 4 years ago I would not consider staying anywhere else Staff are superb and all speak good English. I can not speak highly enough about this hotel. Superb.. At present some construction work taking place which is a little inconvenient but not a big issue. Hot

The hotel, the rooms & the surrounding area were clean, rooms was being cleaned daily. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but not far from the beach & entertainment places. If you walk through Pattaya Avenue Mall you will be in Pattaya's 2nd road within 3 minutes & 8 minutes to the beach. WIFI was super, signal was very strong even in the room, TV had several english channels among them BBC & FOX news. Last but not least, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . That was a very good start. The suite was huge and spacious . Beautiful room , really nice bathroom and 42 inch Sony TV . Breakfast was included but if you know Pattaya nightlf

The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. I was then told that I had been given a free upgrade to the Metropole Suite which was fantastic!! Th

Good location for Soi Bukhao/LK Metro. Nice room with good sized balcony. Reception staff are excellent and remembered me from a previous visit I made. Whilst i have never eaten there it is a very popular restaurant.

We was staying 1 week room number 1700. Room was 7th floor and facing Soi Buakhao. Nice views from balcony and not noisy. First i was booking 3 nights but when take 4 nights more. Really good value for money. Big room, good bed, great shower, good location. -

it was was a very nice holiday at Tims Hotel, very very nice hotel and great staff. I even forget some of things when I left for Bangkok, but they brought it to me for free, excellent service.
