The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. It's 2 minute walk to the beach, just step outside the lobby and there's a good spa. Staffs are friendly. Good restaurants are close by. You can also reach by walking 15 minutes to Bangla Road. The breakfast is good and the view is great at the infinity pool/ rooftop. -

The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable.

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!

Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design .
