Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone from couples

Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. -
