The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet resort. Perfectly situated on the side of Patong Beach, only 10min walking to the city center. Nice and clean resort on nice montain side and nice and romantic views on Patong Beach, good and luxery rooms. Without any doubt one of the best (if not the best) hotel in Patong Beach; have the best of both: peace and luxury and the bars

Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.
