Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. Sus jardines - Fantastic pool and gardens - a real haven in the centre of the city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping with taxis and even restaurant recommendations. We upgraded to the business club floor and it was worth the extra money to have breakfast, pm tea and happy hour drinks and nibbles in the lounge every day. Very luxuri

The driver from the BKK airport found the hotel very quickly, so it took us about 30 minutes to get there. Check in on the 17th floor also was very quick (as well as check-out three days later). Room was spacious, with TV in every room, Apple TV, and various other gadgets, but without a Thai charm of other hotels. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable, we even managed to watch an online film in our native language, as there was no Russian language TV channel in the list of hotel TV channels. Break

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).
They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok!

coffee of 2 hours old). Location is good, close to Skytrain. The taxi
dropped me once with the wrong hotel (Centre Point Chidlom) and the
staff offered me to bring me to the Ploenchit hotel. Nice room, got
what was promised, spacy, clean room. Recommended to anyone who likes a
good hotel.

Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.
