  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops.   As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok, Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train. Italian restaurant at ground floor looks great but did not get a change to eat hopefully next time..
