- Helpful staff: On our last day, we left our baggage after checking out to go shopping. The staff came to us and reassured us that it will be safe & taken care of.

Great place for a Bangkok stopover. Spacious, well appointed rooms and bathroom. Excellent facilities including a pool. Very good breakfasts with variety. Well located next to markets and malls. Its location suites us for walking and shopping, I love the omelettes which used to be cooked by a gentleman by the name of Mannit who I believe has passed away. HE WAS AN EXAMPLE OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR EMPLOY.

stayed 13-16/06/13. The Location is very close to shopping area, just a 5 minutes walk. The Staff in the reception bellman housekeeping and restaurant are all friendly, they even allow us to have early check in. Good Service and highly recommended to all. Had a great stayed with them. We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -

The staff was very very friendly and helpful too, the location of the
hotel was very near the bts so transportation was very accessible. Not
only is the shopping center such as mbk or Pratunam mall at a walking
distance, the night life and the market was also very accessible. With
7-11 right across the hotel, midnight snacks wouldn't be a problem.

Central train station seems more convenient place for one-day traveller to crowded Bangkok, than well advertised KhaoSan.
2) Staff was super friend -
Staff were very helpful and patient. We arrived at 5am and were checked
in and escorted to our room even though check in is not until 10am.
Air conditioning was amazing, very comfortable room, good shower.
Breakfast area and library set up gave it a homely feel, opposed to a cold, dingy breakfast nook.
Hotel is a 5min walk from Bangkok Train Station which is handy when taking the 05:55 train to the Cambodian Border!
