Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

Friendly and helpful Staff - Very prompt in replying to queries, troubleshoot issues, booking of taxi for guest.
Spacious - great for families or group of friends. Big Living Room with huge sofas and large TV.
Fully equipped Kitchen - microwave, fridge, full sets of utensils, cutlery. Everything is clean and neat.

Staff was friendly and helpful..they always went the extra mile -the
best, close to sky train, nice and quiet location, fast WiFi in big
spacious room. I would suggest to always book a taxi through hotel
reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy
bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to
switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom
to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.

Very new, very clean, timeless design, rooftop swimingpool, smiling personal eager to help, very close to great shopping at mbk discovery and paragon. skytrain station(national stadium) right outside the hotel, good food at the restaurant, didnt try the breakfast cause it wasnt included in our booking but we saw it and it looked realy nice, everything about this hotel is very good

the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.
