My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, the room very clean and comfortable, all at a very reasonable tarrif. It was also in a great 'buzzy' area. - Perfect location, right in the city center. Spacious room, superb breakfast. Helpful staff, good travel agency and massage in house.

Convenience to both high-end and low-end shopping. Food-wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Safety in the hotel is good as only registered guests are allowed into lift lobby. The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.
