It has an amazing view and best pool we've ever had!
Excellent food and rich breakfast.
The hotel is very quiet so you can relax and enjoy every second of your stay.
Another great thing that the hotel offers is free transportation to lamai and chaweng! (Few times a day)

We absolutely loved Zara. We paid extra on arrival and upgraded to the
double pool villa for two nights as it was vacant, but then as it was
booked out we thenmoved to villa 10 (grand plunge pool villa). We loved
so many things about Zara. As there are only 12 or so villas in the
resort, most of the time you don't see any other guests. When using

This was without a doubt the best resort we ever visited in all our travelling abroad. The garden in which the villas are situated is awesome and right by the sea. This resort is excelent for people who prefer privacy, yet 20 meters walking and you're on the beach. In your private garden by the villa you would think you're alone in the jungle. We stayed at Crystal Bay for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it.
Staff were so helpfully and could do enough for you.
Happy hour is 5 till 7 and the Mojitos were great.
We had a room with a sea view and what a view it was, the beach was gorgeous and clean.
Crystal Bay is between Lamai and Chaweng its only a couple of £1 in a taxi.

Food was excellent! and they made the best margaritas there. The view from the restaurant and pool area is specatular and the resort is really well located in terms of being quiet and yet just a short drive away from the more busy crowds and nightlife. Wifi was the best i have experienced on a holiday, it stretched all the way across the beach strip.The manager and staff were really wonderful, friendly and helpful. Extremely helpfull staff, nice and friendly. Clean, good restaurant, fantastic salad sauces at the breakfast. Location direct on the sandy beach with own swimmingpool and massage facility, also on the beach. Close to the main walking road of Lamai, lots of possibilities to travel around Koh Samui. The location is right on a beautiful beach, ideal for lounging on or strolling along to the various restaurants along the sands. The staff are extremely helpful, and very friendly. Briliiant accommodation, especially Hydro pool rooms, relaxing place to stay. Loved every minute of the stay, for the third year in a row, hoping to make it a fourth.

We stayed in a beautiful room with a small private pool. It was clean, the service is good. Breakfast is OK only.
Beach is good, although the area has better ones in terms of sand softness and water depth.

Absolut superb hotel. It is a family owned hotel and you can see and
feel the difference to the hotel chains. Fresh juices (free of charge)
every morning, super cafe, fresh fruite, stunning seaview, absolute
great food at reasonable prices, super room, very fast wifi internet.
And you are not with 1000 other people packed into a hotel area. The whole hotel has 10 villas and it is a very nice atmosphere. 10/10 points.
