I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. It is indeed a value for money hotel. The free shuttle is a plus. -

The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was really nice, with free natural shampoo, conditionor and shower gel. This is a proper spa resort with a tranquil feel. Breakfast was incredible with both western and Thai of a very high standard. I recommend the pancakes! We would really recommend this hotel.
