We found our stay at cinnamon grand very good. However following our
arrival at cinnamon lodge in habarana (booking made through
letsbookhotel.com), we were very disappointed to see that there was no gym

It was a real pleasure to stay in Cinnamon Grand Colombo at the end of our holidays in Sri Lanka.
What struck us first is a very warm and professional welcome. I wish I could have that in Europe. The room was not very big as you could expect from an executive room yet spacious enough. The design really nice yet simplistic which I really liked. A complimentary bottle of wine, mineral water, a bowl of fruit and chocolates were a nice surprise.

Good place to stay both for business or for short relaxation after
flight to have shopping in a capital and to move then to other places of
SriLanka. Great gym, good staff, good food especially if you dont like
local spice food there is a range of european dishes acceptable forour

The whole experience was so relaxing, the facilities amazing and the people were very attentive and helpful. Incredibly good value for money and well located to do lots of interesting day trips. We went on safari, climbed Sigiriya (get a guide it's definitely worth it) and went to Buddhist temples. Beautiful grounds that ooze tranquility and relax

I loved the fact that the staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived early and our room was not ready. They made every effort to ensure it was ready 2 hours prior to usual check in and they even phoned us on our cell phone to let us know it was ready.

The location was great although not located near shopping centres cabs run day and night for very little.

Location of the Hotel, close to beach and Dutch Hospital - a place
surrounded with many restaurants. Hotel is clean and comfort after long

If you are staying in Colombo this is the place to be if you don't
want the generic hotel that's in every city. It is still the best
location even though there is a refurbished hotel at the other end of
Galle face Green with nice rooms but not not the same quality or class
by a million miles. Make sure you are in the new wing as the old wing
is now very tired although it was the best a few years back. I think
it is being refurbished and then it will be the better wing as the
rooms are huge.

The room was incredible. Like stepping abck in time. It was full of beautiful old furniture yet the design was modern - a perfect fusion. I have stayed in many 5* boutique hotels and this one is by far the best room. Must be seen to be believed. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact I urge you to go here!!! -

Very central and next to a shopping mall with a good supermarket. Flat only cleaned once in 5 days, and linen and towels not changed during that time either.
