Excellent - clean, comfortable and value for money. Close to the airport which makes it ideal for those like us who had to catch an early flight. Specious villa with two rooms and well equipped Kitchen and clean toilet/bathrooms. Swimming pool is a great thing for the hot weather. Kids love the pool.

When we arrived at the airport and within 15 minutes we were sitting
along side the lagoon with a cool drink. The pool was a lovely
relaxation bonus. There was lots of choice for outside seating, in the
shade or sun, on the terrace, in the tree house or on the lagoon

All in all, is a cool place and best value ever, absolutely recommendable guesthouse! -
We needed to be in Negombo for a wedding and this guest house was good value for money. The room was cleaner than expected and the owner was able to welcome us at 2am in the morning. There is a cafe serving breakfast right next door so don't worry about it being bed only. It was worth walking the streets in the evening as lots of restaurants and trinket shops are open. Overall a nice place to stop for 1 night.
