The room was small, but we had a lovely large window with french doors, very clean, rooms cleaned daily, very quiet even though in the centre of the city right off Gran Via. Friendly Staff cannot speak English but take trouble to use Google translation to communicate. - -Very friendly and helpful staff -Large and clean room -Fairly good internet and all other amenities were great ie tv, shower, hot water etc. -Awesome location

  This is a great place to stay as it's in the centre of Madrid. Great for shopping, museums, eating and close to the gay area. There is a McDonalds right under the hotel and a Starbucks across the road, the windows in the hotel were extremely well insulated, you cannot hear the traffic (or hookers below) once the windows are closed. The beds were also large and comfy. White beadboard covered the walls and there were pegs to hang things.
