Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Great location only a couple of kms from dublin's city centre yet set in a peaceful and quiet street in a lovely old building overlooking a garden out the back. Rooms were small yet cosy and very comfortable. Wifi worked in the rooms fine and free parking was very convenient. Breakfast was a mixture of a small buffet as well as a la carte meals and was excellent. Staff were very friendly and provided some excellent restaurant recommndations. We had trouble with our rental vehicle and the reception staff, and in particular the customer service manager went out of their way to help, even using his car to help charge up my battery so it would jump start. -

Dee and Liam were the absolute best innkeepers we have encountered in
years! Dee spent at least 30 minutes giving us very useful information
about what to see, how to get there, where to eat, etc. In short, she
was like our own first class travel agent. Our room was clean and
spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and once again, I can't say
enough about how Dee and Liam made our entire trip.

Excellent location, on the fringes of the main bar area at Temple Bar.
My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this
was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in
advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who
checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on
holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food
and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.
