I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

price / quality ratio. Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great
(we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was a nice size, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper. Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

A true hotel boutique. Right in the center of one of the best street for night life, the hotel is just nice.. Reception area and bar are very confortables, great design, they reinvented the Dublin old style city house with a very fine attention to details. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was minimal very clean and the bed was one of the best i had in ages.
normally i never stay on the same hotel twice.. But this time i am very temped!

would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. -
Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one
block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street
where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate
any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning
breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both
within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St.
Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.

We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking
to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and
felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and
made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything!

Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.
