1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation -

Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were extremely helpful right from the beginning, from giving directions to certain attractions, booking taxis, to recommending restaurants. It's a great location just of the Stradun, really easy to get around to the cable car, the walls, restaurants etc.
**Tip** Take a backpack and not suitcases, there are a LOT of steps in Dubrovnik old town and carrying a suitcase up and down them is a bit of a pain. don't let that put you off staying in the old town though, it's romantic and beautiful. The best thing of all, and I think a little known secret is the rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.

At the port of Dubrovnik. From the rooms you see the port. From the bathroom it is a beautiful site of the boats at port and the sea beyond. When you step outside you are in Dubrovnik and the activity of the day. Mother and daughter operators were wonderful hostesses. I will stay there again.

Realmente muy bien ubicado, está en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de las zonas más turísticas de Dubrovnik. El personal te atiende en el restaurante y tanto al recoger las llaves como al dejarlas nos invitaron al desayuno. personal muy atento y amable. la habitación correcta y limpia. la situación excelente, junto a las murallas, a solo un minuto de la ciudad antigua y de las paradas de autobuses pero al mismo tiempo totalmente apartado de las aglomeraciones. Buen restaurante en una terraza junto al mar y al pie de las murallas y la fortaleza.

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -

B&B Villa Dubrovnik Garden was very nice place to stay for a week. The personnel was friendly and it was also possible to get gluten free breakfast.
