We enjoyed a week stay with the grandparents and our children age 5 and 7. Clean large pool, 7 min. walk to the beach, boat rental and day trips available, 2 restaurants, ice cream shop and a market for daily shopping as well as dog friendly. Short drive to Pula city center. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Children's nightly dance party was a must for our two!!

We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. great stay - spacious apartament with quite well equipped kitchen (but no kettle available!), close to the rocky beach, quiet (provided you like countryside noise of neighbouring rooster, we did :-)).

We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel. Just outside Pula at Pjescana Uvala. Large older style apartment above the family's house, real wood not plastic. Very large terrace with full views over beach, harbour & islands. Very good clean safe beach & restaurants. Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula. electric heaters were supplied in room without asking. Nothing was too
much trouble for the staff. Initially I had poor WiFi but immediately my
room was changed to give me full five bars WiFi signal. I will
