1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation -

The best thing of all, and I think a little known secret is the rooftop terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. My husband and I would go up there at the end of 2 hot and sweaty days, and it was the perfect place to watch the sun set and the swallows swoop over that beautiful ancient city. Excellent location in the old town. Rooms are very clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but got breakfast cards for the restaurant in the nearby main street where food was good and we got to watch the passing parade.

Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were extremely helpful right from the beginning, from giving directions to certain attractions, booking taxis, to recommending restaurants. It's a great location just of the Stradun, really easy to get around to the cable car, the walls, restaurants etc.
**Tip** Take a backpack and not suitcases, there are a LOT of steps in Dubrovnik old town and carrying a suitcase up and down them is a bit of a pain. don't let that put you off staying in the old town though, it's romantic and beautiful. At the port of Dubrovnik. From the rooms you see the port. From the bathroom it is a beautiful site of the boats at port and the sea beyond. When you step outside you are in Dubrovnik and the activity of the day. Mother and daughter operators were wonderful hostesses. I will stay there again.

L'emplacement idéal juste au niveau de la porte Pile, loin du bruit de la ville mais pourtant seulement à quelques mètres.

Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). There is a nice garden restaurant where you can sip wine and eat to a reasonable cost compared to inside the walls. -
