I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. -
Proximity to the airport & closeness to places to eat, gas station
etc At very early hour still had access to cereal, coffee/tea &

We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The pool/hot tub/sauna were very clean and enjoyable. -

Este hotel con encanto está a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Quebec y de los principales lugares de interés de la zona, como el casco antiguo amurallado.

The staff was always pleasant & helpful. The room we had booked was small..we upgraded
To a Jr suite. Nice cooking area with a large bath. Bus line a block away, with great service.
An overall good experience. We had stayed at the Hotel Du Nord in Dijon, Fr Sept 2012. Main reason we booked this property. -

The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter
and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff
were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me
when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I
never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch
with :( Fabulous Place !! Trish :)

The beds seemed new and nice, very good night there - very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store. - the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet
