It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city. Everything about the room was super comfortable! The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others.

The host was amazing! She welcomed us in right away, helped us with parking, offered us something to drink, and gave us directions to where ever we wanted to go. She let us decide when we wanted to have breakfast and it was always ready at that time. Her breakfast were really good and healthy. The room was amazing. The historical building has been renovated to provide updated comforts to the guests while still maintaining historical charm. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were wonderful. The hitel is within walking distance for everything we wanted to see and do in old Quebec. We definitely plan to book again -

We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).
