The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

This is an amazing hotel which I would recommend to anyone I know needing accommodation in Vancouver. Absolutely fabulous. Clean, very helpful staff, lovely room, great bar, great location. - The room was amazing. Real (glass) wine glasses, robe, computer tableThe corner suite was wonderful. We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver. It would also be good for a few days if you wanted to stay in Vancouver longer. -

Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.
walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver.
