The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. This is an amazing hotel which I would recommend to anyone I know needing accommodation in Vancouver. Absolutely fabulous. I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.
walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver.
