The staff, specially a young man whos nickname is "Nico". He really made us feel that we were in our country, specially when we arrive and he heard us speak in our language, and start to speak with us in Spanish!!! We came from Puerto Rico. -

The location is splendid for sightseeing in Old Quebec City. Studio apartment was cheery and quiet. There's a supermarket two blocks away, if you want to cook in the fully-stocked apartment. The friendly owner may be selling the property after 20+, so check before booking.

Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms! It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city. Everything about the room was super comfortable! The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others.

loved our spacious room with bath. Loved the included breakfast, loved the helpful staff. The person who checked me in changed our room from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor without me even asking. As I am 66, that was a big help. ALso liked the entertainment that happened while we were there a Celtic festival in the theatre. -

... lo que la gente dice » hostel for three nights and were satisfied with most of all things! We were three but thanks to a kind staff, we could use a room for four people only for ourselves. The shower and toilet were really clean! I would like to use here again.
