Convenient even if we had to take the tram go get to the city centre. We were there during the heat wave and since our room was on the third floor and that the B&B doesn't yet have AC we asked the owner to change room and without hesitation he was able to accommodate us which was great. The ambiance of the room was fantastic, perfect setting for romance. It
was a little tacky, sure, but as long as you go into it with an open
mind you will fall in love with the place. Downstairs on the main floor
was absolutely stunning and super comfortable. A very nice place to meet
new people if you want to. We felt very safe and very happy there.
Antonio was extremely helpful and understanding when we had to check in
late (8pm) due to being stuck in traffic, and we couldn't have asked

Great rooms in a very beautiful old house. The hosts effectually aim to make your stay pleasant.
Manyfold breakfast in a convenient kitchen where one can take the food all over the day. So, when you are thirsty after a long day trip: No problem, help yourself and take something to drink from the refrigerator.
We already know where to go next time we are in Toronto.

The location is excellent. It's a bit away from the city center, and in the middle of a university campus area. Best of all, it's right by a subway station with access to both the light rail and a streetcar line.
The building is a series of old mansions that have been refurbished as a hotel, and it's comfortable and clean. There is a pretty good pub right on the premises, too.

Nadia is a wonderful Host. She is informative, helpful, really cares about her guests and prepares a wonderful breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is very convenient. -

The Inn was warm and welcoming, with a historic charm. The 3rd floor room was beautiful, unique, and cozy. Noise from other guests did not travel easily, which I appreciated. The Inn Keeper was quiet but kind and thoughtful. The location was just east of downtown, a little off-the-beaten-path, which I enjoyed. The street was lined with beautiful homes. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would be happy to return.

The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. A fantastic breakfast was cooked fresh with organic cereals made by the host. There is a puppy on premises (a mini poodle) but this made the stay more pleasant for me. The host is great company during breakfast (I travelled solo) and was a great resource for sight seeing.
