・Accessible location (easy to go anywhere in Old Town)
・Staff were very friendly and helpful. They told us must-see places when we checked in.
・There is a small hill near the hotel and the view from this hill is one of the best.
・Breakfast is included.
・We did have a really nice stay with a bathtub.

The room was amazing. The historical building has been renovated to provide updated comforts to the guests while still maintaining historical charm. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were wonderful. The hitel is within walking distance for everything we wanted to see and do in old Quebec. We definitely plan to book again -

My flight was delayed and I arrived very late and the hotel staff was
kind enough to stay up and wait for me to arrive, then carried my 38 lb
bag up three flights of stairs to my room. The following day after I
checked out the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I
shopped and had lunch, then called a cab to take me to the cruise port.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay and hope
to return for another stay in the future.
