Very kind considerate owners and staff. They helped us get around Charlottetown and PEI with great ease and pointed out many must see sights.
The Inn is spectacular. Beautifully decorated with many creature comforts. We felt like we were home. We loved the afternoon tea and cakes. A truly wonderful treat after a day of sight seeing.

Everything! The room was comfortable evening though we think we booked the smallest room in the inn. The hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful and their efforts to provide tea, coffee and snacks during the day and evening was very appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It is a long way from our home in Arizona but if we ever go to PEI again, they will be our choice.

We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much! -

Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

i really enjoyed the free upgrade to a suite, I got a call from the owner asking if I would like this free upgrade because he noticed my teen was traveling with us. very pretty motel, clean and nice kitchenette which was well stocked with everything to make a meal. would recommend to family and friends. -

I felt like I was "coming home" every time we walked in the front door. Except i don't drink our of wine glasses or eat little squares of chocolate at our house. Everyone chatted, even one owner I met outisde, breakfast was excellent, service was gracious!

I loved the warm and friendly reception. Also, the breakfast foods and ongoing snacks/coffee/tea were an excellent addition. The room was comfortable and clean. Plus, the little lobby is really cozy.

We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the use of a kitchen to make lunch. The room was comfortable and we just loved the attentivness of the friendly hostesse, who made our trip so memorable. For the price we found the room to be rather clean looking with a nice flat screen, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean as well. We had our dinner in the little pub downstairs and found the food excellent (my wife had the lasagna and I the steak). -

Love this Inn! It's super clean, very well decorated and maintained. We enjoyed the tea here in our lovely room and they have a printer to print out our tickets for the musical, super convenient. The location is great, very quite, but only 10 min walk to the confederation centre. Love the little tea/ coffee space here and the reading area. Breakfast itself is delicious, and the dining area is beautiful. I'd recommend this to travellers to Charlottetown!
