We enjoyed the breakfast and the use of a kitchen to make lunch. The room was comfortable and we just loved the attentivness of the friendly hostesse, who made our trip so memorable. The location is just great to get to attractions and Confederation Centre within a 5 min. walk and lots of restaurants.
Keltie is a wonderful hostess. Her breakfasts of frittas, fruit, and
sweet rolls were wonderful. She is a wealth of information about the
area and what we might like to see. The B&B is located in a lovely
neighborhood across from a park within walking distance of downtown and

This is a quaint and charming B and B. The hostess is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and you are likely to meet an interesting cross-section of guests at the breakfast table. The city is in comfortable walking distance.
The rooms were nice.The breakfast was okay except that the food is put out at 8am and if the other guests eat more than is allotted to them before you get up then there is no replenishment of the food.
I liked the proximity to my destination, and downtown. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance it had friendly staff and breakfast in the morning. In general it was a great experience.

We would have liked a private bathroom. It was not so pleasant to have bath and toilette facilities off the kitchen.
We didn't like carrying the luggage up the stairs. But that is to be
expected in most B&Bs.
Sharing 2 bathrooms with 4 guest rooms was not too bad but the bathrooms are beside the tables in the kitchen. So you are using the facilities while people are eating (or vice versa) which can be uncomfortable for all.
Also the kitchen floor sloped at a steep angle. Because the kitchen is small it is awkard to use the kettle and toaster if people are sitting at the table trying to eat.
If I wished to get to any store I had to drive, it was a minor inconvenience but due to the nature of the city parking was tricky.
Shared bathrooms off the dining area were a bit off-putting, though not problematic in the end.
Not really a con but be aware some rooms mean a shared bathroom... but there are two full baths to share.
Minor point - the bathroom sink was difficult to access for shaving, because of shelf position.
