It was a great price and the shuttle to Union City was great and very timely. The breakfast was okay: 2 types of cereal, bagels and pastries, with coffee and juice. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Had a free shuttle if we needed it. Good price. Had a pretty good Chinese Restaurant on site. Clean. Comfortable.

The Shuttle into Downtown DC was extremely convenient and saved us a ton of grief on getting into the city without having to drive. The shuttle driver was very accomodating and helpful. The staff was nice too The shuttle to & from Union station was great. There is a service of van frm the hotel to the Union Station and vice versa. Nothing the place was dirty unclean socket did not work carpets dirty I would never in my life stay there again and I had my son with me :(. I would avoid this hotel at all costs the only redeeming quality was the free shuttle to downtown Washington dc. Nothing. The location was a little sketchy. Also, it is along a major road, so there was a lot of traffic noise, waking us up early in the morning. Parking lot was a crowded on the side where our room was. It was nice to have the car where we could see it and get to it easily. But when the spots were all filled it was very close and a little hard to get out of. Not much turning room. But this only seemed to be a problem on the side where we were near the front desk. - If one misses the shuttle, it takes two buses/subway to reach the hotel from union station. - Better suited for travelers with a personal vehicle as compared to bus riders. - Furniture showed some signs of being old, though everything was very clean. Restaurant was not good (Gourmet Panda) Lack of facilities locally. The exterior is significantly dated Because the weekend was significant (inauguration) it would have been helpful for the staff to be somewhat knowledgeable of transportation and whatnot The entrance off of NY ave is an accident waiting to happen. Cleaners who did not restock coffee etc. reported problem with leaking a/c which was still not fixed when we left. There was a lot of noise late into the night but that was other guests. The pool was closed. The fact that the pool was closed really was a bummer considering its practically summer and it was in the high 70s my whole trip. We were on vaca and couldn't even go swimming. Nothing. They charged me for parking!. Noise - poor sound insulation and busy main New York Ave thoroughfare adjacent to motel. While the room was clean, the exterior/neighborhood was old and dirty. The first night people were lingering on the balcony walkway outside our room talking....and talking....and talking. We finally had to call the front desk and complain. I really had hoped for something a little nicer overall for the price we were paying. Heck, the ice machine didn't even work and the elevator was pretty ragged. the location ( noisy & run down) . The hotel itself was going thru some rennovations(??) but is was still dated; Paying for parking and paying so much for the room was just wromg. The staff is not friendly and the air conditioning machine is very noisy. Breakfast and breakfast facilities. Seems like out of city. Is far away from Down Town DC. There was couples fighting all night long. It was not easy to get into due to very busy road and gps did not dshow entrance to main rd was blocked off. ・駅から少し距離があるが送迎のバスがあるので特に問題無し。. The location isn't good, far from everything, without public transportation, bad neighbourhood. The shuttle bus service time is too short. Location sucks, far away from the subway, complimentary shuttle provided by the hotel did not return to pick us up on the return journey the next day. Everything about the place dorty. Staff Bed bugs Prostitutes Noise all night Breakfast Feeling unsafe Room smells of smoke Unclean Everything about the hotel. Service was horrible. The staff was not friendly. The television did not work properly and it did not have a remote. The phone in the room did not work at all. There was an argument in a room close by that could be heard in the early morning hours. I did not feel safe. Not a good experience. The initial room had water damage and the rugs were wet. The next room did not have the King size bed we contracted for and I had to kill some cockroaches in the morning. The shuttle to Union Station was too small to accommodate all the people that wanted to use it and we had to drive into the city. We decided that it was not worth it to stay the second night but it was too late to get our money back.
