oh it was lovely being at motel hotel staff friendly and caring, l would advice to find away of making calls with some pay anywhere in USA, it makes it easier than a foreigner like me having trouble to look for a card.

Soft clean towels and a great shower! The staff was always very friendly and I loved having the guard in the parking lot through the nights. She even was writing down all activity happening!.

the house keeping department, l noticed that they come and replace the toiletries but theycan make the bed, even if u dont change beddings everyday atleast make the bed coz they are already inthe room, l found my bed always not made and it didnt look nice.
Security officer was sleeping in a chair in the parking lot. Very
unsettling!!!! I have spoken to the Mgr, who contacted the company the
motel is using. It gives you a bad name which is unfortunate considering
how hard all your employees work.... That is something that needs to be
addressed right away if you don't want to lose customers!! Thanks.
It is definitely budget-friendly - you need to bring your own shampoo! The walk to the metro is not that long but goes right through a wholesale loading area - a little unnerving. But that area was completely quiet and well lit at night to walk back to the motel.

- Every time you leave the premises, when you return you have to have your key recoded, quite annoying.

Ventillation systems a little loud, a bit far away from downtown, but I
recognize the fact that this motel isn't meant for european
backpackers without car.

Area is very sketchy. Extra expense taking cabs rather than walking to metro at night.
The area is not safe. There were bed bugs. No drinking water. The tap water in the room had a very bad and ugly taste.
The area is not too safe. Don't recommend to walk in the street near there at night! There's even people want to open my door which frightened me! Never open it if someone knocks at your door! And the additional lock is destroyed in my room. And the door can't b locked from outside in my friend's room.
I didn't like that there was only one pillow. I didn't like that they didn't have shampoo. I didn't like that the tv had very few channels. I didn't like that the air conditioner was on the floor right next to the bed.
The cost was not special for what we booked it for. It was the same
regular rate as normal. We could have gotten a nicer hotel for the same
or slightly cheaper price. Also, the area is a little ghetto. Consider
safety late at night. You can technically walk to Union Station and the
gay bars but be careful as you may not be able to stick to the main
streets due to construction.
The bedding with blood - stain and one bed was not done; just covered by pulling the cover.
Complained and they changed it within 20 min.
No Shampoo or dryer or coffee machine or microwave or any sort to make a cupper.
The room smelled and the location isnt the best.
The room is barren and boring. The television in the room belong to the
last century. The staff need training on customer service. The so called
coffee service is beggarly and ridiculous.

The door did not close all the way (left big gap). TV did not work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. WiFi on & off(signal very slow) None of the following: alarm clock, shampoo, remote for TV, tissues, hair dryer, vending. Puke still in sink 3 days. Located in a market early morning warehouse area, making it very loud starting@ 3am.
I ended up not staying here cuz the staff was very rude, the location is in the ghetto.....
