Room was great, clean and classy. The staff was very attenive and nice.

The parking, but I don't think there is any good parking in Seattle.

My room and the hotel's decor was great. I enjoyed its proximity to downtown/Pike area. Staff was courteous.

My room overlooked a freeway but was barely a nuisance since I was on the 23rd floor.

Proximity to city and trains stations

The hotel is at the top of Madison Street. This is the steepest of all the hills. THERE ARE EASIER ROUTES to the hotel.

The hotel was very nicely designed and the staff was amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary and they made every attempt to make our stay enjoyable and private.

The hotel facility is clean and orderly. The proximity to various department stores and to the monorail is a plus.

The pillows were too lumpy. The bathroom doors had an open portion even when you close it.

Staff were very helpful, service was excellent and the room was spotless. The views from the top floor restaurant are spectacular too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for catching a baseball game at Safeco Field as well as for dining and shopping. We got lots of exercise walking up and down the big hill.

Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing). Good location, walking distance from a lot of sights.

The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that could not be locked. This also meant that there was about half an inch of free space between the door and the wall, giving no privacy or soundproofness.
