Location. The convenience to walk everywhere. It was also right next to the dome for the Rams game.

Loved that it was so close to Edward Jones Stadium and was right across the street from Convention Center station for Metrolink. Because of this, we didn't have to rent a car. The staff was exceptional!

The people working at the Embassy from the desk clerk to the maintenance people were some of the friendliest I have ever met at a hotel. This was quite pleasant and a surprise. It is not how employees at many other hotels act.

The housecleaning staff was just a tad slack. Dirty towels were not replaced everyday, the dirties were picked up but not replaced and I am not sure the room was vacuumed while we were there (6 nights).

Loved the breakfast and happy hour with food and drinks. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, quiet and easily accommodated our family.

Truly enjoyed the experience..from happy hour to enjoying moments in the hot=tub

Shower did have hair left in it, but was able to pour water on it to get it down the drain eventually
