This hotel I well maintained and everywhere is of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is across from the hotel and clean and safe. The hotel is situated in a good downtown location and you can walk to the main attraction - the Arch. There are several restaurants nearby although the hotel has a good restaurant also. We used the Metro system with no problem. There are two trams which serve the area also.

Nice entrance and decorations, made you feel safe and welcome. Perfect location for taking in a ballgame or visiting the St. Louis Arch. We could walk to everything! Convenient to the MetroLink station which was less than a 10-minute walk from hotel. Staff was great, bed was comfortable, room was nice, bathroom and showers were nice, everything seemed to be immaculate. Very clean rooms, super-friendly and accommodating front desk crew. Nice little hotel shop. Staff are the best. Loved the hotel! Everything from the room to the lobby, etc. Just beautiful! A large hotel so therefore not all rooms have a good view - ours was one of these. Also the first room had the exit for the Aircon outside which was noisy. When I told the staff we were given a different quieter room without it being a problem. No breakfast included in the price - shame - we were charged twice for the room but when it was highlighted staff were apologestic and helpful - no worries but keeping an eye for detail is important. Can't think of anything. Didn't like the view we had out our window. We were on the side to where all we seen was a brick wall and the alley. Hate that this was the only thing I can say bad about it. It was our first trip to St. Louis and I was hoping for something with a nice view. Room was overall nice though. No swimming pool; restaurant is pricey. Hotel skimps on little things like charging for in-room internet and parking. i couldn't find a hairdryer in the room. nothing really. However, I specifically requested a hotel room far from the elevators at the time of booking, and reminded them of it at check-in, but they gave me a room right next to the elevator. Very frustrating. No ventilation in the bathroom and the door had a mechanism to make it always swing shut, so we asked for a door stopper and they brought it to us straight away. We appreciated that. The beds lack of comfort was not what I would expect in a Hilton. Rooms cold and out dated. It facilities require updating in your Business Centre as they were not compatible with Apple products. Room service was poor.
