The staff at the front desk and at the free breakfast were super hospitable. The room is as classy as shown on the website. The accessible printer on the ground floor was very convenient. Only a 15-minute walk to Times Square, and subway to Central Park is very easy to access. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again.

Elevators and corridors were slightly narrow; they made it slightly difficult when rolling large luggage.

The staff was really nice and friendly and always ready to help. Having a nice breakfast was great - good food. Serving Star Bucks coffee was a plus! Room was clean and beds were good.

I thought the room was really small. Especially for two senior adults and two grandchildren ages 12 and 13. I didn't request an upgrade but wish I had. We are silver card holers which I guess to ya'll doesn't mean much but to us we have spent a lot of money to earn these points.

The reception staff were amazing and so friendly! Always said hello and how was our day. Location is perfect too. Condition Of the room was so clean and always smelt of fresh laundry :) Love to return and stay again

The breakfast staff were very rude and unprofessional. Often times hanging around talking in groups. Whilst eating our breakfast we had to listen to : "I'm hoping my Xmas bonus is good because I need to take my dog the vet as his teeth are wobbly and bleed, his breathe smells so bad", not the conversation you want to hear over brekky but these people cannot in anyway be compared to the lovely reception staff!

Staff were very polite, breakfast was much better than we expected there was something for everyone and again staff very polite and friendly. Very happy with the location handy for all sites and literally on the corner of Times Square. We were on the 29th floor and slept well. This was our first trip to NYC but hope to return soon will be more than happy to stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriot

The beds were so comfortable and the bedding so clean , room cleaned every day with fresh towels , breakfast was plentiful wit tea , coffee, hot chocolate 24 hrs, staff were pleasant .would return for location

Didn't like paper plates , bowls and cutlery for breakfast but we got use to it , also the carpet outside and inside our room could have done with a hoovering as there was a thin layer of dust on top of it .

Well designed unit. Well thought out. Liked that I could control the temperature. Very convenient. Just did not have enough time to use all the facilities.

Hotel is in a great location and you can walk to all the tourist attractions in no time! The hotel staff are really friendly and the free tea and coffee is a really good touch. Also we arrived on a Tuesday and the bar was offering free beer during happy hour! Amazing! Also the skybar is a must, reasonably priced for such a great view of the city! The room was pleasantly big and the shower was good too which is always a bonus I think. Also the lifts are a good size despite some of the comments I've read. All in all would recommend

Last minute booking with great value for money, fantastic location. Room was rather small, but very clean and comfortable. There was a complimentary breakfast and very good wireless connection.

There must have been some problem with pipes, because water in the shower was of scarily brown color at first, but after 5 minutes everything got back to normal. If you are not familiar with NY taxes you might be surprised, that the price you pay is considerably (ca. 20%) higher than the booking price!

I liked the fact that the staff went out of their way to make you feel at home, great customer service skills.

I did not like the size of the room as it felt too crowded, also I did not like the fact that I was told that I would not be rewarded for my stay because I booked through a third party. I booked with this chain because of the rewards program and could have gone elsewhere that was offering the same and more.

Fantastic central position for Times Square and the Theatre district. Close to subways so easy to get around to visit the other well know tourist hotspots. Information desk in the hotel to point you in the right direction and provide answers to any queries. Bedrooms comfortable. Free Starbucks coffee 24/7

Breakfast area not big enough to accomodation guests. Long queues and then when you eventually get in breakfast items not restocked so choice limited. However what is there is adequate.

Great helpful staff! Clean clean clean. Comfy bed.Super breakfasts.Front desk located a Doctor for me when I got sick. Max really helped when we had to leave early because of illness. (unlike the airline). Everyone was always smiling. They seemed to bend over backwards to help. Good location & quiet. Thank-you all so much.

Going home before we saw everything because I got so sick!!! Grrr We'll be back here.
